SPRINGERLE Christmas tree biscuit ornaments
Springerle is traditional German biscuit made with special wooden moulds by pressing them into the dough which then dries for 24 hours before baking.
Spiced with star anise and hand painted to make beautiful addition to your edible Christmas tree decorations.
Ingredients; flour
(WHEAT/GLUTEN), sugar, eggs (EGG), bicarbonate soda, edible colours

My products are made in an environment where PEANUTS, EGGS, MILK, SOYA, SESAME, GLUTEN and ALCOHOL are used. Although all cross contamination protocols are in place, I can not guarantee there is no cross contamination.
